Shipping policy
Where we deliver
We deliver within South Africa. Delivery times below are estimates in working days (Monday–Friday, excluding South African public holidays) and are not guaranteed. Courier choice and routing are at our discretion unless we agree otherwise.
When the clock starts
For printed or embroidered orders, estimated delivery lead times start after you approve the final print proof, not on the day you place the order. Unprinted blank orders start from order confirmation and payment.
Delivery options
• Free delivery (14 working days) — Available for qualifying orders. Free delivery means free delivery: allow up to 14 working days from the start of the lead-time window above.
• Standard delivery from R99 — Faster paid shipping from R99, typically around 7 working days from the start of the lead-time window. Exact rate is shown at checkout.
• Rush (+10% of order total) — Expedite production and delivery for an additional 10% of your overall order total. Target window is about 3–5 working days from the start of the lead-time window, subject to capacity and courier performance.
Pricing and VAT
Product prices on the store include VAT (customer-facing prices and invoices are including-VAT only). Shipping charges are extra and are shown at checkout, except where free delivery applies. See our Terms of Service for billing details.
Risk and title
Once we hand your order to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you, except where mandatory South African law says otherwise. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, weather, access issues, or events outside our control.
Failed delivery
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address, refused acceptance, or repeated failed attempts, you may be responsible for redelivery fees or return-to-sender costs.
